Nurtured by Ruta provides personalized postpartum doula care, newborn care, and private early years support.

Postpartum doula care is available locally in Ottawa and surrounding communities, subject to availability.

Newborn care and private early years roles may be considered domestically or internationally by request.

Information about service areas and availability may change. Families should contact Nurtured by Ruta to discuss their location, schedule, anticipated start date, and care needs.

7. Age and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement for services through Nurtured by Ruta.

When submitting information concerning a child or another family member, you confirm that you have the authority or appropriate permission to provide that information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
